Poor communication and no free parking

The worst check in I've ever had - was called to provide a check in time and I agreed. I turned up at the exact agreed upon time and the host would not pick the phone up (I tried almost 10 times across the span of 3 hours). Eventually when I got through, we were not compensated for the extremely long check in and had to pay for parking despite it saying free parking on this app as well as multiple other online platforms. Pros - kitchen has a door, so if you're cooking the smell doesn't get everywhere. Good location. Cons - no basics provided except for tea and coffee (no cleaning equipment, products etc). WiFi was bad and Netflix was therefore sporadic. It was very loud at night.

Wonderful experience.

It was a very amazing accommodation. A choice location that is just a walking distance from most places of interest. Quiet, spacious, well equipped and comfortable place. There is no physical contact with any human during your check in. This was a new experience for me such that I lost a night and had to get an alternative accommodation for that night. But I got everything right the next day and gained access to the property.
