The apartment is on the first floor of the residence and comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed and storage, an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi, and a sofa bed providing two additional single beds. There is also a bathroom and a separate WC. Outside, a pleasant covered balcony awaits, perfect for enjoying your meals. Ample parking is available in front of the residence. From the parking area, you can easily walk to the lake to relax, try paddleboarding, have fun at the Aqua Park (Europe's largest inflatable water park), or dine at the beachfront restaurants. You can also explore our beautiful cycle paths by bike. For the more athletic, cycle to the ocean to admire the sunset.
