Breakfast was good and staff was nice. Our room became infested with ants while we slept and the property just needs some cleaning especially outside. The ADA room had no shower chair and when we requested a chair the one provided was so worn out it was unsafe. Pool was out of service for repairs and they referred us two blocks away to Comfort Inn for swimming pool. Parking lot has sink hole. Won’t be back to this hotel

This property isn’t what it looks like in the pictures it’s a very old hotel with a few small upgrades I can’t say I recommend it also parking is a nightmare I paid like $450 for 2 nights and there was no parking all the cars were just parking in random places blocking walk ways so I was told to squeeze in wherever I find parking which is crazy with my big truck I ended up parking at another hotels parking lot and had to walk all the way back so I would not recommend for the amount of money they charge

Average accommodation. Pool looked fun, but we got in too late. Property needs some renovation. Room was ok and clean, but AC in the back by the bathroom was tough to get the room cooled down. The location is good, staff was friendly. I’ve had better rooms in bishop at a lower price.

Only issue was getting clean towels we stayed there for a week and was like pulling teeth. First day they wanted to clean out room and we told them no thank you BUT we did put the clean room sign on the door the next day and they NEVER did once in the 4 days after that. Finally had to go to the office to get towels and that was before 7am and we still had not gotten any by late afternoon.

Great service and information when I checked in. (6/1/25) Later in my stay was trying to get information from a different employee and he wasn’t so informative. Room was roomy and clean. Quiet. Grounds in hallways and parking lot kinda messy.
