Front desk service was awful and condescending. Was forced to pay upgrade for a two bed room instead of the single bed I reserved plus an additional $30 $50 for my puppy. Noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in, parking directly outside door, huge gap under door entry for more light and noise, heater/ac sounds like washing machine and started leaking water everywhere. Will NEVER stay here again! Booked off of Expedia. Worst experience ever!
