Originally designed by a longtime contributor to Fallingwater, and now reimagined as a refined guest experience, Fleur de Montagna offers concierge services, curated breakfast offerings, and modern amenities—all while preserving its architectural integrity.
Ideal for couples and design-focused travelers, the home accommodates up to four guests in a peaceful, private setting surrounded by forest, farmland, and native ferns.

-No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
-Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles located within the properties front, circular driveway, with access on Legeer Road.

-Front door entry instructions: This rental utilizes a lock box that requires a unique code to enter. Prior to your arrival, Vacasa will provide the front entry code that is reset after each guest's stay.
-Security camera details: There are cameras on the detached Gardener’s Cottage and studio. The Gardeners Cottage and Studio are located in a separate building on the property (with separate entrances) and are not included in the rental. The cameras are not trained on the rental house.
-You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
