HOUSE LAYOUT: One level: kitchen/dining area, living room with electric fireplace TV console combo (the TV is 52 inches), master bedroom with king and full bath. The home is outfitted with two Smart TVs (streaming only). The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed. There is a full hall bath.
Please note: Sheets and towels are INCLUDED for your convenience. The driveway leading to the home is steep but paved. Parking is available for 3 cars. This house is dog-friendly with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Due to insurance regulations, there are certain breeds that are not permitted. We ARE NOT able to have the following breeds: Akila, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf Hybrid, or any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds listed above. Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies.

Pros: beautiful Mountain Views, stocked kitchen utensils, pots, pans etc. comfortable bed. Responsive host. Cons: had to get them to send a cleaner because there was so much dust and dirt under all furniture. No trash on site. Had to take that and recycling downtown.
