Single stay

Excellent single room with plenty of space and an excellent on suite. Food was great, public areas were very clean and welcoming and the terrace had great views of the sun set. Loved it!

Property was clean. Staff helpful and very friendly. Down side is sand flies. When hot and tide out it was swarming with sand flies. They were horrible. Not hotels fault but because of them you couldn’t have window open in room and no air con so room was really hot

I booked a double room with free breakfast,when i got to hot they told me my wife was not on the booking,so they charged me for her breakfast.If you book a double you shold inclued 2 breafasts.

Good place to stay

Overall a good experience, always stay in this hotel for an overnight stay in Blackpool. Had a good nights sleep, bed was very comfortable. The hotel is an old building and could maybe do with some TLC in some areas , stairs and corridors however the room was super clean. Didn't have food on this occasion but on our previous visit the food was lovely.

Room with a view

Check in was good. The room wasnt very spacious but was fine for our 1 night stay.breakfast wasnt exceptionally warm but food had a good choice and edible.The bar was pricey.The beer was flat and the outside area wasnt very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The room was clean. The toilet was broken, though quickly rectified. The shower worked but with extremely hot water, which could not be changed, hop in/out. The lift was out of order the whole week I was there, I was on the third floor. Surely maintenance should be regularly checked?

A great place to stay

We made a booking for ourselves and 14 other people to stay for 2 days for our wedding in town. The hotel catered for all of our requirements without any problems as far as i know. The service was efficient and friendly, the food at breakfast was tasty, and there was plenty of it, and the room we stayed in was excellent, especially the bathroom. All in all a very enjoyable stay.
