Great communal spaces, very comfortable and clean. Our room was 109 sea view 1 double bed , 2 single beds. Very spacious with a great sea view, bath in the bedroom with shower. Breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked and plenty. Indoor pool ( warm) and jacuzzi was great. We only stayed one night to see the last night of Blackpool lights. 3 adults and 1 child.

The hotel/ rooms need some serious updating. All rooms I was offered 3 different alternative are decorated still the same as 25years ago, breakfast/ entertainment was truly awful.

Everything was great, food quality and variety was great, service, comfort etc were excellent. The location is great with public transport (trams) opposite the hotel. Check in was fast and efficient. As far as value for money goes I can say this is one of the best deals I have had. No hesitation to recommend the hotel.

Got pay at the property, reception didn't grant my wishes cash on check-in. Just said it's paid for now so can't alter pay by cash at reception. I was very unhappy about it especially £50 per night refundable for room incident charge.
