An open kitchen is fully integrated into this level, equipped with an oven, a gas stove with 4 gas rings. The single bathroom consists of a shower and WC. Accessible via a ladder, the upper floor hosts an open mezzanine with 2 beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The property enjoys a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, and the surrounding countryside.
