This updated 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bath bungalow is centrally located in the cheery & colorful South Dunn Neighborhood. Just south of downtown & less than 1 mile south of IU's campus, it is also a block to the best coffee shop (Soma) and great food (Feta Kitchen). House is fully stocked whether you need a short stay for an IU game or a longer one teaching or seeing a student. Spend mornings on the front porch or private back deck before adventuring on foot to experience the best B-town has to offer.
