Bramasole Villa is a jewel perched on the waters edge located on a private cul-de-sac at Pelican Bay with the beach just steps away from the pool gate.The villas central location is in close proximity to all the fabulous restaurants and beaches the island has to offer. The seaside patio is the perfect place to enjoy the serenity of the tropical breezes while gazing at the panoramic views of St. Martin. Two spacious master king bedrooms in the main house open onto a covered veranda where the the second bedroom has it's own entrance. The third queen bedroom is separate from the main house with it's own ocean view terrace. All bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms with showers and Flat screen TV 's in the master and second bedroom. Air conditioning is available throughout as well as wifi. Tuscan inspiried decor welcomes guests to relax into paradise...This villa is perfection!

The house is beautiful and the setting/location is spectacular. Amazing sunrises and sunsets, semi-private beach, secluded but easy access to the whole island. The pool and views were awesome and the caretakers very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend you stay here!

This was our 2nd year at Villa Bramasole So convenient to our favorite beaches and restaurants We love morning coffee on the porch and happy hour around the pool!Already booked for a month next year!The housekeeper Dawn is wonderful !Love escaping the cold weather of Maryland in the winter!

What a wonderful Villa. We wanted a home away from home to re-connect as family, and this Villa is perfect. The layout and design of the home, the pool, and the location on the beach all combined to create a beautiful and cozy retreat for our family. I highly recommend this Villa and I hope we can return.

We had an incredible stay at Villa Bramasole! The Villa was spacious and had everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Views of St. Martin and outdoor spaces were stunning! The housekeeper was so kind and took wonderful care of us. This Villa is better than pictures! Anguilla and the beaches were so beautiful. Can’t wait to return!

Great Experience!

The house and property are lovely, and Michelle and her staff were great! We especially loved the multiple doors in the living area that we could open up during the day to enjoy the views and Anguilla’s wonderful breeze while keeping the bedrooms closed off and air conditioned. A great spot to spend a quiet peaceful week.

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay at Villa Bramasole. Barbara and Michelle were both very helping in planning and arranging transportation etc. The house is as pictured, and is was very clean! Michelle even had snacks for us on arrival! The view is amazing. Unfortunately we were there after a fair bit of rain, so the mosquitoes kept us from opening up the house as much as we would have liked. Overall a great stay in Anguilla!

Family holiday trip

The property manager was truly amazing!!! We Asked a lot questions about activities, restaurants, shopping and got great information. The manager relayed all important entry and transportation logistics to us ahead of time so we were prepared for travel and entry. The manager arranged our rental car thru Avis. Our own private travel concierge. The property was amazing!! Great central location on the island. We’d rent it again !!!!

Every thing about this home and experience is wonderful. Michelle and her team make this wonderful home even better. The home is perfect in every way. Architecturally it is beautiful and well furnished. The setting looking to St Martaiin sparkles as the sun sets. Evenings by the pool are magic. Simply stunning!

The pictures do not do it justice! This house was absolutely perfect for 6 adults, and would be for more as well. Michelle, Dawn and Hyson were all incredibly helpful, kind and added enjoyment to our week long vacation. A central location to the majority of restaurants/beaches, and although around the corner from the ferry port you would never know honestly! The main views from the house were stunning (we had an wonderful view of the Heineken Regatta!) The views were not obstructed by the ferry port and we never heard the boats/ferry(s), you would never know it was there. 5 stars, 10/10 experience - would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful property

What you see in the description and photos is exactly what you get. The home is stunning and a wonderful location central to the best beaches, restaurants and everything else. What made it even better was the people taking care of you. Barbara and Michelle took care of booking seamlessly and were there if we ever needed anything. they arranged to stock the house upon arrival and even had a last minute rental car waiting in the driveway. The onsite staff were also incredible from the housekeeper to the gardener. I cannot recommend this house any more strongly. The island is incredibly friendly and beautiful and we will be back renting in the future.

Great Week!!

This Villa was as good in person as it was in the pictures. Michelle and Barbara made everything super easy. The beds were SO comfy and the bed linens were a slice of Heaven. The beach to the right of the villa is great for shell hunting but not so much for swimming. There are many beach clubs/restaurants on the island so this wasn’t a problem. Making dinner reservation is a must but can be done a day or 2 ahead of time. No need to go to Scilly Cay VERY over priced and the food was not very good. Would definitely go back to Anguilla and to Villa Bramasole!!

Anguilla Mom Getaway

The villa was amazing. We had 4 moms get together and we enjoyed every minute of the villa and the island. The view from the villa is breathtaking, sitting by the pool was our favorite moments of the trip. The home is decorated beautifully and was very clean. We had everything we needed. The lines were comfortable, beds comfortable and overall we just were able to relax in a beautiful place. Our host team guided us as to how navigate to and from the island. We also ran our restaurant picks through them as well to make sure we were hitting all the right spots. The housekeeper and groundskeeper were was so kind and so very helpful, we enjoyed meeting them and getting to know them. We will definitely be back next year. We loved every moment!

Beautiful views and villa

We loved our stay at this villa. The views out over the pool to St. Martin were gorgeous. The pool was super clean and warm. The kitchen well stocked and Michelle will gladly stock it ahead of your arrival. Also, great hot water in the showers and the A/C works great if you need it! Super quiet and convenient to the ferry, and a short drive from all of the great beaches. There are two bedrooms in the main house and one in a separate guest house. Note, especially if you have kids, the second bedroom while connected to the main house only opens to the outside and it’s accessible via a verandah. (So the kids have to go outside to get to the main bedroom or the main house.) The perimeter of the property is very secure with locked gates, and I’m sure this is a common layout in warmer climates. The laundry is locked and accessible through the housekeeper, who is lovely and helpful. There’s also a friendly and knowledgeable gardener who is more than happy to let you sample fresh coconut from the villa’s trees! We miss our villa and Anguilla already!

This trip was supposed to be very relaxing and quiet. I wanted to rate this house a 3, but the property manager's (Michelle) efforts gives it a 4. There were several issues with the house during our stay. Michelle did what she could to make it better.-The house is very nice looking, with plenty of space. The house is at the end of a dirt road with a neighbor on one side, and a beach on the other. There's a nice view of St. Martin. -Our first full day was a pool day. A bee swarm was on one end of the pool, making the steps off limits (they were there the entire stay). That evening, I took a shower, and there wasn't any hot water. We were told the water needed to run a bit to get hot. I had let it run for 10 minutes prior to getting in, and it ran the duration of my cold shower. It never got warm. -The next day was a repeat pool day. This time, I came in for a shower, and there wasn't any water, anywhere in the house. The gardener was sent over to see what he could do. He basically hit the water pump several times, and it started working again. I was able to take a cold shower. The next day, the hot water heater was replaced and worked well.-Then, a rodent crawled into the aircon and broke it. That had to be repaired by my husband, broke again, and was fixed with expanding foam. -We were there during a brush with Hurricane Erin. Several of the cupola windows leaked. One storm shutter couldn't be lowered due to corrosion. I know things break. This was just a lot.

Spectacular property managed with excellence

Incredible location convenient to amazing restaurants, beaches and convenient shopping. Beautiful home and spectacular property. Incredible views from sunrise to sunset. Michelle was a wonderful host and everything was arranged just as we asked, from transportation from the airport to our Jeep rental, provisioning for food and beverage, and all of our restaurant and boat reservations. The housekeeper was lovely and kept the place neat every day including doing our laundry. Even the groundskeeper Hyson was a delight. He cut down and opened coconuts for us to enjoy fresh coconut water and coconut meat. We’ve been to Anguilla multiple times and this was our favorite stay to date.

From beginning to end smooth process! Host is amazing and attentive with all my questions! They have house maid comes daily, she is amazing ! All amenities were grand ! Pool is wonderful, the property full of beautiful landscape throughout! You can see sunrise and sunset and the moon , wowza!! Best part is view. I stayed in pool area when we were home . The rooms are great ! Comfortable rooms!! Definitely need car . Won't be disappointed!

Fabulous Villa.

The villa/house was wonderful. The main living area is well situated to take advantage of the ocean views from all perspectives. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped. Heavenly!

Could not have been a more beautiful home and the views were absolutely breath taking. Having access to a beach that felt virtually private was a bonus. Michelle and Barbara were incredibly helpful with the Anguilla/St. Martin application process and they walked us through it all. They also helped connect us with any needed amenities. Our stay at Villa Bramasole was pure heaven. Can’t wait to return!
