Welcome to Play All Day Retreat, where you can play all day and relax all night! Located 5 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, this custom farmhouse cabin sleeps 18 guests in 7 bedrooms (5 King and 1 queen plus several twins) and serves as the ultimate vacation experience combining FUN, entertainment, comfort, and luxury.

From relaxing by the HEATED pool, to competing for the high score on one of our full-size arcade games, Play All Day Retreat has it all to give your family a memorable Blue Ridge vacation experience.

Conveniently located less than 5 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, GA with room for several families to spread out and enjoy vacation.

The main floor of the cabin features a beautiful farmhouse kitchen with granite counters and a butcher block island. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, appliances, and plenty of counter space, you will enjoy cooking family meals here...even on vacation!

The open floorplan allows guests to visit and spend time together whether cooking in the kitchen, doing a puzzle at the table, or watching the big game on the couch-don't forget the 2-story stacked stone fireplace for extra ambiance. The farmhouse kitchen table comfortably seats 8, while there is more seating at the kitchen island. The living room offers a comfy sofa and a 55 inch TV. Check out the games and puzzles inside of the hall built-ins.

Also located on the main floor are 4 king bedrooms. The main floor king master features an en-suite bathroom with tile shower, large soaking tub and dual vanities. There are 3 additional king size bedrooms that share 2 full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. One of the king bedrooms also has a crib, and darling play corner with books and toys. Even our youngest guests can Play All Day (and hopefully sleep all night!).

Your kids will LOVE the Camp Room Retreat! Large upstairs room with 5 twin XL (extra long!) beds, each in its own semi-private nook. This area was designed to make your kids feel like they are at sleep-away camp and give them a space of their own. There is also a lounge area with bean bags, smart TV and SEGA Genesis system. There is a full bathroom that services the Camp Room Retreat.

On the lower level is where you can Play All Day and even into the night!

Our luxury, brand new theater room features 8 electric reclining and light up chairs that even have trays for your snacks! There is a gorgeous, live edge bar which seats 6 - plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a movie on the 86" TV. The theater room is also equipped with a SONOS sound system and surround sound.

Need a little more action - there is more!!

Also on the lower level is a huge gameroom with 2nd FULL kitchen! There is a poker table that seats 6, pool table and 2 full size arcades with 1000s of games! Want to take a break and just watch the action, relax at the live edge bar or whiskey barrel pub table. Don't forget to turn the game on the 65" smart TV.

SO much more fun and entertainment to be had outdoors as well!

HEATED pool! Pool is open year round and heat is available October - April (additional fee applies). During the winter the pool can reach a temperature of 82-85, please remember this is a heated pool, not a hot tub. Lounge around the pool in one of 6 chaise chairs or belly up to the fun TIKI bar! There is also a propane fire table with comfy swivel chairs, perfect for evening relaxation. Try out our 7 person hot tub with lights and waterfall.

There is also a back deck with large dining table and Weber gas grill. Need a quiet escape - you will love relaxing on the front porch in the rocking chairs, you may even see a deer or two!

Gather the family around our hardscaped firepit area for s'mores and ghost stories to wrap up a fun-filled day!

There are 2 driveways and enough parking for several cars and even a camper!

This cabin is located less than 5 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and within minutes of the Toccoa River, hiking trails and family activities. In downtown Blue Ridge there are delicious farm-to-table restaurants, quaint shops/art galleries, craft breweries and of course, the Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad.

This cabin is located within a neighborhood and we do have several neighbors who live here full-time. There are neighborhood quiet hours (10pm-8am) and we do have sound monitoring devices to alert your group if there is excessive noise during quiet hours.

We provide you with some of the essentials as well. We stock the cabin with full size dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap and access to a vacuum cleaner. We start you off with 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. The kitchen is also stocked with basic spices and oils as well as utensils. Each bathroom is supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You will find a hair dryer in each bathroom and iron in closet by master. Full size washer and dryer located on lower level. We do not supply fire wood.

RULES AND POLICIES

By booking Play All Day Retreat, you agree to our rules and policies. We want everyone to have fun, but we have to enforce some rules.

-No rowdy gatherings, parties or big, loud events. Quiet Time is 10:00pm. Please be considerate of our fulltime neighbors

-Kids must be supervised in and around the pool at all times. Play All Day Retreat's pool has a serious deep end. Stay to the shallow half if you are not a strong swimmer.

-Dogs must be approved. There is a $150/dog pet fee and we ask that you please keep dogs off of furniture, beds, and out of the pool. Also, please pick up dog droppings from the yard. Please note, the dog fee is NOT included in your check out price, even if you searched pet-friendly options. This fee will be requested after you complete the booking process.

-Pool heat is available from October - April at $150/day. Pool temps will be 82-85, provided daytime temps stay above 40 degrees. We ask that you request pool heating at least 48 hours before your stay. Please note, this is the mountains, it gets cold in winter and the pool is NOT a hot tub (we have a separate hot tub if you want HOT water).

-We require that you sign a rental agreement and we also collect a security hold during your stay. Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.

Pool Heating FAQs:
Pool heat is available October–May for $150/day and June–September for $100/day, with a target temperature of 82–85°F, as long as air temperatures remain above 35°F.

A few important details to be aware of:
**Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival so it’s ready for your stay.
**The pool must be heated for the entire reservation. We’re unable to heat for select days, as the heater must be turned on prior to arrival and it takes approximately 24 hours to bring the pool up to temperature. For this reason, pool heat is charged per night for the full stay, even if you plan to swim only on certain days.
**This is a heated pool, not a hot tub (though we do have a hot tub if you’re looking for truly hot water).

Winter Weather Note (Please Read Carefully):
**During winter, the pool is equipped with freeze protection. When air temperatures drop below 35°F, the heater automatically shuts off and the pool will cool. The longer the heater is off, the more the water temperature will drop—and the longer it will take to reheat once temperatures rise again. The pool will not begin heating again until the air temperature rises above 35°F, and in colder conditions it may take most or all of the day to reach the target temperature. In these conditions, the pool will not maintain the target temperature of 82–85°F. As a result, there may be only a short window of comfortable swimming, even though the full heating fee still applies.
**Pool heating during colder months is highly weather dependent, and in some cases, heating the pool during this time may simply not be worthwhile.
**In our experience, a heated pool in winter is usually more of a novelty for kids—our own kids will happily jump in even on chilly days. While 85°F sounds warm, that temperature refers to the water and is often not as warm as it sounds, especially once you’re out of the pool. When air temperatures are below 50°F, most adults tend to prefer the hot tub, which provides a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
