Welcome to Huron Time cottage. Your home away from home, made for rest and relaxation. Start your morning with a coffee on our beautiful front deck and end it with some smore's and a drink around the lovely firepit out back. The spacious backyard allows for fun outdoor games like Bocce Ball, badminton and Croquet.

INSIDE:
Step into your spacious, modern cottage after a sunny day on Lake Huron. Sink into the plush, sectional sofa and queue up your favorite favorite movie on the SmartTV. The owners of Huron Time carefully chose the interior design details—clean lines, lots of pretty plants, macrame, wicker, crisp white and soothing blue tones—to create a gorgeous, boho-modern backdrop for your vacation.

The living area opens to the fully equipped, modern kitchen with stainless appliances, including a double fridge, dishwasher and electric range. A quartz island provides plenty of prep space, and two bar stools let you chat with the chef while they work on dinner. A dining table for 6 is the perfect setting for your group feast, board game night, or catch-up session with friends over a bottle of wine. Turn on the gas fire feature to add to the cozy-cottage ambiance!

OUTSIDE:
Double doors in the living area let in sunlight and lead out to the deck and backyard. Bring a plate of burgers and veggies to the cherry-red propane girl on the deck, overlooking the wide, grassy lawn. We provide the yard games, like bocce and croquet, for your group tournament.

When sunset paints the sky in watercolor pinks and oranges, stoke a fire in the backyard firepit and gather on Adirondack chairs to share stories of the day and watch the stars come out.

The property is also within walking distance to all the Tuyll street beach accesses. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all.

Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund. Max occupancy at all times is 5, violation will result in removal without refund.

Our Winter Weather Cancellation Policy is designed with your safety in mind. If winter conditions make travel unsafe or if there are road closures preventing you from reaching the cottage, you have flexible options:
❄ Delay Your Arrival – If the cottage is available, you can shift your stay by a day or two.
❄ Reschedule – Move your booking to a future date that works for you.
❄ Full Refund – If rescheduling isn’t possible, you can cancel for a full refund.
