Beautiful location, Needs some love
The positives first—you will be staying in paradise. The view cannot be beat. Beautiful community pool area with well kept landscaping. Right on the beach. If you won't be spending much time in the condo, it's fine. That being said, I was there for a reunion and we had eight condos in this complex. This one was by far the least nice. The wall to wall carpeting is a bit gross. The sheets had holes in them. Many outlets were so loose you couldn't plug anything into them. Furniture was dingy. Screen doors had a large gap so couldn't be used at night due to fear of insects getting in. Mid week the power went out for a couple of hours and we were told it was due to a "billing error". The Management company was very helpful and communicative. The unit may be priced slightly lower than others in Sea Oats, but honestly you could do much better.

Could use some basic maintenance and updating, but the location is wonderful and the the living space is great. The condo is well supplied.
