The living room features a wood-burning stove, a flatscreen TV mounted above the hearth, and comfortable sofas to sink into after a day spent beachcombing. There's plenty of room to cook in the kitchen, as well as ample space to dine at the eat-in table, in the eight-person dining room, and outside on the expansive deck with a gas grill and a view of the water. As the sun begins to set, it's the perfect time to soak in the hot tub on the raised portion of the deck, gather around the outdoor firepit in the yard, or move into the recently added family room to mix cocktails at the bar and find a game or a movie to watch on the second flatscreen TV. And with two Pack 'N Plays, two booster seats, a washer/dryer, and an assortment of toys, this home is sure to bring comfort and ease to guests of all ages.

This spacious piece of property is located in Carmet, a quiet oceanside community that sits just three miles north of Bodega Bay. Whether you choose to walk north or south, you'll reach a beautiful ocean beach in less than five minutes' time. Several excellent restaurants, including Lucas Wharf and The Tides (four miles south), are within a short drive, as is Goat Rock State Beach (seven miles north) - a great spot for rock climbing and observing harbor seals at the mouth of the Russian River. Looking to take a relaxing drive? Head 10 miles inland to Occidental, a beautiful town in the redwoods with a selection of quaint shops.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
