was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and the overall quality of the food. The amenities were well prepared, and both dinner and the breakfast buffet met my expectations in terms of menu and quality. However, I was very disappointed with the service from the staff. I travel frequently and have experienced many hotels, but I have never felt the need to write a review like this before. The shuttle bus driver was extremely kind and welcoming. However, the staff at check-in were not. The first room assigned to me was very far from the elevator. I assumed the hotel might be fully booked. When I entered the room, it faced residential houses and there was loud music noise, so I requested a room change. The staff changed it, and the new room was located near the elevator and was quiet. If the hotel was not fully booked, I believe this room could have been assigned to me from the beginning. After receiving the new room assignment, I carried all my luggage there, but the door would not open. I had to bring all my bags back to the front desk. The staff member inserted the key card into the reader and realized they had given me the wrong key. They laughed with another staff member and then handed me the correct key, simply saying, “Now it’s ok,” without any apology. I feel that this level of service does not match the standard of the hotel’s facilities. I believe that paying attention to even small details would help elevate the hotel to a much higher standard.

El hotel luce muy bien, tiene un aire upscale y las habitaciones son cómodas y con buen lencería, las duchas en los banos necesitan atención, lucen viejas y no se sentía tan limpio. El agua caliente en las mañana es un tema, ya es la segunda vez que me pasa eso en este hotel. La primera vez no salió, había problemas con la caldera o algo así, la segunda, medio tibia. Al hacer check out no olvides pedir un simple papelito que te entrega en recepción, no te dejan salir sin el. Ahí dejas de sentirte en un hotel bueno y pasas a hospedarte en un hotel de segunda...
