Staff and facilities were excellent. Two concerns: there was a strong scent machine in the lobby that felt overwhelming—noticeable even before entering and widely commented on. It was improved on some days. Also, vegan menu transparency needs improvement: our patatas bravas arrived with egg (not listed), and we were billed for it despite not consuming it. Overall 4.5

From the moment we arrived at check-in, the reception staff’s service was excellent at all times. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and friendly, as was the restaurant team. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. The hotel has air conditioning and provides one complimentary bottle of water per person daily. The area where the hotel is located is quiet, facing a park if you wish to exercise, and it also has a good gym. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel has direct access to the Centro Comercial Santa Bárbara, where you can find restaurants, a cinema, cafés, and shops. It is also just a few meters from the Hospital Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá. 100% full recomend.
