Very helpful staff. Airport shuttle was easy to book and use. Great chocolate chip cookies offered after strenuous drive.

Quick getaway

We went to Boise for a little business and just some relaxation from the normal life. We have stayed here before and chose it again due to the friendliness of the staff and just the overall great experience. The breakfast is very tasty and has a great variety. Loved the spa and the room was nice. We love how the staff is all so friendly and willing to make our stay the best. Will go there again.

Hotel was very good, except road noise.

Pros: Pool open till 11pm. Good breakfast.
Cons: Bathroom Lighting. Road noise, Try to get other side.
This Chain of Hotel has very poor Bathroom lighting.

Friendly Place

We had a good experience @ the Fairfield. The room was clean & quiet. Whenever we had interaction with the front desk they were helpful & courteous.

This Fairfield was AVERAGE

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, friendly staff
Cons: Poor breakfast, worn furniture and dirty areas in room
The staff was friendly and efficient. The location was excellent - i.e., directly across the road from the airport. The Wifi worked well. The room was simple. The table surfaces had smears and dried water rings from glasses. There was a puddle of dried fruit punch at the base of the toilet. The window curtain did not close fully, and had numerous grimy stains from numerous guests trying to pull the curtains closed. There were water stains in the center of two chairs. There was debris on the floor. Overall, the room did not feel clean. The bed was older and worn. It had obvious areas were numerous guests sat on the edges to watch television or get out of bed. The sheets, comforter, and pillowcases were clean, however. Breakfast was simple. There were Jimmie Dean packaged biscuit sandwiches. I microwaved one according to the directions. It was TERRIBLE - soggy and rubbery. I was disappointed with this Fairfield Inn.
