There was painters tape all over the walls and ceiling. The mattress was awful. The room smelled. The curtains didn’t block out the bright lights from outside. It felt like the sun was shining all night long.

First, you have to realize how much you’ve paid for the room! So there are going to be some problems, shower wasn’t clean, no toilet paper, room could have used more attention. But…beds were nice and what made up for any of these minor issues was the staff! They were amazing and tried to help with any problems we had! Appreciate the great people trying to help you enjoy your stay!

Nothing went well from the ex-con looking front desk person insisting I had to pay a 100 deposit for a room that was $60 ;per night that resulted in him calling the police while we called Expedia in the parking lot who was very helpful and understood the non refundable reservation needed to refunded. Thank you Expidea no thank you for hotel.
