Overall this is a really nice 3 story townhome in the Barber Valley Area with a great location to the greenbelt, park, Harris Ranch, restaurants, coffee, and not far from Albertsons and “usual” establishments. Easy to walk from one place to the other. The 2nd floor of the Townhome is accommodated nicely with a large kitchen table for family to visit, beautiful kitchen layout, plenty of spices, appliances, dinnerware, lots of storage (didn’t need it), huge pantry, and a decent family room (one orange cloth sectional sofa, TV in mid room wall unit). Floor 3 has 2 bedrooms but Master has two doubles so primary slept in guest room. The 1st floor is the front door and garage entry leading into a small mudroom & closet. Again, overall a nice unit which will meet the needs of the majority of renters. A few considerations for the minority: there are two sets of 17 stairs to get to 2nd & 3rd floors. So the elderly with mobility issues should probably pass. Also bringing in groceries, suitcases and the like was a bit of a workout-great for those in good shape! The Nest thermostat was a challenge to figure out, but had it adjusted on 2nd day. The HOA apparently requires garbage cans to stay in garage, but the smell wafted into the mudroom so there was “mustiness” upon exiting. Suggest leaving the garage open as much as possible. Other minor issues: garage door handle sharp-cut arm, external garage lights out, tv remote found under couch, & no instructions for ice maker, Nest, etc.
