This new modern apartment is located in Boise's most sought-after North End. Walking distance to Camelback's park and the Historic Hyde Park which is the heart of the historic North Side where there are beautiful homes and cottages, shops, restaurants, and a fantastic place to walk around and take in the atmosphere.
This new modern apartment is located in Boise's most sought-after North End. Walking distance to Camelback's park and the Historic Hyde Park which is the heart of the historic North Side where there are beautiful homes and cottages, shops, restaurants, and a fantastic place to walk around and take in the atmosphere.

This upstairs apartment has a private entrance and privacy windows. There is a lit path leading from the main entrance to your private entrance. You could be greeted by Melody, a playful little puppy! The Lily Pad is enclosed in a large fully fenced in yard so small dogs are welcome. Right outside and down your stairs you will find and are welcome to use the owner's fire pit in the back yard as well.

Inside you will find everything you need for a perfect stay. Kitchen has a coffee pot, a French press and a tea pot along with every possible cooking and baking essentials you could ever need. The living room has a couch that folds out to a full size bed and has an extra storage compartment for extra blankets. The bedroom has reading lights above the bed you can dim for reading. The closet has a first-aid kit, iron, hangers, and fire extinguisher. The bathroom is fully equipped with low chemical shampoo and conditioner and low fragrance body wash.

Walking distance to several yoga facilities, or stroll back in time at Goodies Ice Cream and Wilkers Toy Shop.

Start your day at Certified Bakery, a locally owned bakery where they make to die for sourdough English muffins from scratch and has the best coffee in town, and pick up dinner from their cooler, they have amazing chicken pot pies and a plethora of options to choose from. Then, after dinner, head to The Royals a fun cocktail bar. Both are super walkable distance from the house.

Camel's Back Park is an 11-acre urban park in Boise, Idaho, managed by the Boise Parks and Recreation Department. The park includes picnic tables, play areas, an outdoor gym, practice fields, and facilities for tennis and volleyball and is home to the Hyde Park Street Fair filled with local vendors, live music and food trucks.

A “sub” urban retail area of the age of Hyde Park is unusual for any community. It rivals such famous areas like the Niles District in Oakland for its character and quality. Here you will find Java, Goodie's Candy Shop, 13th Street Pub, and North End Pizza to just name a few eateries along with treasured boutiques.

This unit is also only 5 minutes from Bogus Basin road. Drive up 30 minutes to Bogus Basin to ski in the winter or bike and hike in the summer.

Guests can access the entire back yard and their private unit.

-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM

Cute but shocking where it actually was!
The apartment was cute, however, it was not clear that this was located in a yard with another house 8 feet away. The apartment was over a detached garage, however, the pictures and the description were misleading. The 'fenced yard' was the backyard of the other house and it would have been weird to hang out there. Not as private as I was led to believe from the listing. Luckily their dog was friendly, even though it barked at us if it was outside, and they were never outside in their yard...it was a bit uncomfortable though.
