Staff made a simple mistake at check in and immediately fixed it by going above and beyond to fix the issue. Really grateful for their efforts. Everything was great! The breakfast, the room, the pool.. is was all excellent. Definitely my favorite place to stay!

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The only complaint I have is about noise level but we had a bunch of teens for a tournament around our room so it’s understandable. I would definitely rebook a room.

The facility is excellent and located right next to the greenbelt. We came to catch music at the Sapphire Room for a staycation. We had a great time.

The room was amazing. Right on the river. The pool and hot tub outside were so nice for a cold night to get in and relax. The staff are very friendly and kind. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The waffles were just frozen like eggo waffles. The potatoes were super hard, not soft. The sausage and bacon were strange texture and flavor. The fruit tasted a little moldy and slimy. The pastries were never refilled, so we didn't get any of those either. The service was sub par. We finished our food, but no one took our dishes away. We waited for a really long time to get water refilled so we just went to the lobby beverage station to refill our own. Server was just not aware of us and what we were needing and we didn't need much at all. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast however, it wasn't very good. Staff was very friendly.
