The property of Villa Murvica extends over an area of 1000 m2, and the villa itself has 120 m2.

Villa Murvica consists of two floors: the ground floor and the first floor and is suitable accommodation for 6 people.

Entering the villa you will find a beautiful stone terrace with an amazing swimming pool of 28 m2, which is surrounded by deck chairs and a shower. There is also a covered outdoor fully equipped kitchen area of 32 m2.

On the ground floor there is a modern living room with a sofa. There is also fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. Here you can also find an air-conditioned bedroom (12 m2) with an en suite bathroom (4.5 m) and direct access to the terrace with the swimming pool.

On the first floor (60 m2) there are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds and the other room has one double bed. Rooms are separated by a small chamber area of of 3 m2.
