The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Hedge is a spruce. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 2 m). The street is ploughed in winter.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September, can be heated, 8 m x 4 m, 1.2 m deep). Indoor pool (available year-round, can be heated, diameter 2 m, 0.9 m deep). The pool is heated when the air temperature is above 10 °C. The pool temperature is therefore influenced by the air temperature, so there is no guarantee that the pool will be available in all weather conditions.
