The apartment is given exclusive use.
Ideal for two couples, families with children, group of friends.
The attic is in a historic building, a former convent of the church of Saint Lucia. Recently renovated, hardwood floors except in bathrooms and kitchen, double glazed windows, air conditioning is channeled with split, full appliances, coffee maker with Nespresso pods supplied and a bottle of bubbly in the fridge to welcome you.

Gem In Bologna

We stayed at Nicolettas apartment, 2 adults, 2 teenagers. We loved the apartment with the beautiful views and character. It was a short walk to town in a beautiful location. We loved the fact that we were left to our own device. No rules and regulations. It was large and spacious and Nicolette was kind enough to order some groceries for us. Bologna is beautiful and we would love to come back.

Funky fun in a superb location!

This space has all the charm and quirks that make a city visitor feel a funky, fun vibe! The location was superb for walking to the historic sites as well as the most iconic shopping and food. Fell in love with the exceptional circular staircase and all the skylights ~ just added to the historic charm of the exposed beams and kitchen with all the modern necessities with an old school feel. Bologna was a blast!

Great and spacious apartment

We enjoyed this great and spacious apartment with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and large living room with nice furniture and even a large TV. The apartment looked really nice and was conveniently located within the old town center. Although we only spent one afternoon and evening there before flying back to the U.S., it gave us a great opportunity to see old Bologna. It was on the 4th floor with no elevator so it was some work to get our luggage upstairs, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. This apartment is a great value! Rik

Super Wohnung, hervorragend gelegen

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen in Bologna und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Infrastruktur ist super, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Super ausgestattet. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Pretty nice place

This place was clean and Nicolette was very easy to book with. The fridge didn't work although she had requested a repairman 2 days before we got there. We used a little bar fridge in the master bedroom which was inconvenient but it worked. The bedroom upstairs did not have an adjoining bathroom which was hard to see from the preview pictures but they had the bathroom on the main floor. The master bedroom was great and it had its own bathroom. The location was spectacular and within walking distance to all the sites. Added bonus was the little restaurant right beside the flat with amazing and typical food. Highly recommend this place.
