A unique, very quiet house with a garden in the historic center of Bologna, just an 8 minute walk from Piazza Maggiore! Outside, the house has a large terrace on the ground floor overlooking the private garden. Inside, on the ground floor, there is a living/dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a single bed.

From the train station there are two bus lines stopping in front of the house. The first line is number 21, right in square medaglie d'oro. The second line departs from square XX Settembre, across the street from the train station. The stop of the house for both lines is Sant'isaia. Journey time is about 10 minutes. It takes 20 minutes by foot.
