Your vacation rental No. 4 at Hanse Hof is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 2 people of any age.

The approximately 40 m² ground-floor apartment features a private terrace, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. It’s just 60 m to the beach.

A 42'' flat-screen TV in the living room keeps you entertained. The floor is covered with vinyl. You can access the southwest-facing terrace directly from the living room.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) with electrically adjustable slatted frames and a 4-door closet for your vacation wardrobe. Blinds and curtains provide privacy and sun protection. Behind the fifth door, you’ll find cleaning supplies and a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner.

You can prepare your own meals in the kitchen, which was newly installed in spring 2021. It features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso (capsule machine), and a classic drip coffee maker. The cozy dining area invites you to linger.

Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The Hanse Hof vacation complex, located directly on the Mittelpromenade, has an elevator. A washing machine and dryer in the common area in the basement can be used for a fee. The underground parking spaces (clearance height 2.00 m) are located inside the building.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

The Hanse Hof vacation complex is located right in the town centre and directly on Boltenhagen’s Mittelpromenade. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just 60 metres away.

On the first floor, you’ll find small shops and a café.

Pets are welcome in some apartments.

Wi-Fi is available in some apartments (subject to availability).

One parking space in the underground garage is available for each apartment. Max. height: 1.95 m.

The three-story Hanse Hof apartment building is located in the centre of Boltenhagen, about 60 m from the beach. The 18 two-room apartments, each featuring a bedroom and a kitchenette integrated into the living room, are perfect for two to three people looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Of course, each apartment has its own terrace or balcony.

From the underground parking garage, both a staircase and an elevator (cabin size 90x138 cm) provide access to all floors. In addition to the parking space assigned to your apartment, you’ll also find a room for your bicycles in the underground parking garage.

Coin-operated washers and dryers (for a fee) are available in the common area.
