The Reet/AM13a vacation home is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby.

Spread over three floors, this spacious semi-detached house with a thatched roof features a living room with access to a southwest-facing terrace, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your vacation here—about 100 m². The beach is about 400 m away.

The first floor of the vacation home features a spacious living room with a cozy dining area and an integrated kitchenette. You’ll also find the guest restroom with a shower and the entryway here.

The south-west-facing terrace is accessible directly from the living room. Enjoy the sun on the furnished terrace, which is equipped with 2 lounge chairs and an electric grill. The living and dining area features a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a radio with a CD player for your entertainment. In the very well-equipped, modern kitchenette, you’ll find a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, as well as an oven, an induction stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a Senseo coffee pod machine, and a dishwasher.

The two bedrooms in the attic feature a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 200 cm), each with a flat-screen TV and closets with ample space for your vacation wardrobe. You’ll also find a large bathroom with a bathtub and a hallway on the top floor. Additionally, the top floor features a cozy infrared heat cabin with an LED color lighting system for your relaxation and well-being.

The attic features another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. A crib with a mattress (60 x 120 cm) including bedding, a high chair (Trip-Trap), an infrared cabin, and Wi-Fi access (not guaranteed) are included in this vacation home. You can also use a washing machine free of charge. The entire house features designer flooring and tiles. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking home.

The vacation resort on Mariannenweg is located in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. The beach is only about 400 m away. The parking lot, with individual parking spaces, is located directly at the resort’s entrance. This vacation home is assigned 1 parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (without making the beds).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the proper return of the vacation property. Your rental deposit is €250.00. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof cottages, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all the thatched cottages at the vacation village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The parking lot, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.
