Welcome to the Bromley View Inn! We offer over 13,000 sqft of space made up of 16 bedrooms, a 40 person dining room, charming lounge & bar, and tons of outdoor space equip with fire pits, propane heaters and Adirondack furniture. Bromley Mtn is 5 minutes away while Stratton and Manchester are 10. Your stay includes use of our commercial kitchen, free parking and discounted passes to Bromley for skiing. This is the perfect place for a wedding group, large reunion, or family getaway.

The Bromley View Inn has 16 bedrooms with capacities from 1 to 7 people. The rooms are all similar in size, but bed layouts in many are unique. The lounge has a 11-seat custom wood bar, free pool table, indoor fireplace and seating, three tvs, one of which has its own seating area with leather furniture, a dining table for 8 that is great for games or work, and some additional furniture options. The dining room is a two-tiered room with seating for 40+ and a buffet countertop great for serving food from. Outside there are a variety of fire pits, heaters, and furniture. We don`t mind if these are rearranged, we just ask that guests are careful when moving them and also put them back at the end of their stay.

Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the freezers and refrigerators in the kitchen and bar areas. Guests will be given two, empty and full-size refrigerators for their stay; one in the lounge and one in the dining area.

1. Breakfast and Bar staff is not included. Our staff will be on call during your stay to answer questions and assist with any issues should they come up. Otherwise, the property is left to the renters.
2. Hot tub and fire pits are included.
3. Pets are allowed but additional fees apply
4. Events such as wedding celebrations or large open gatherings may require additional payment
5. During certain seasons reservations may require a minimum bar tab during the stay. We can custom tailor an order for the group.
6. Please carefully read all cancellations policies. Credit applied to refunds is not applicable to holiday or peak season stays and credit use is at the discretion of the host. Risk of COVID-19 is taken by the guests and therefore does not alter our cancelation policies.

-Cancellation Policy:
We strictly follow the cancellation policy selected at booking. Airbnb offers travel insurance, which we recommend if you’re concerned about unexpected events.

-Alterations:
Reducing nights from your reservation is subject to the cancellation policy and may not be approved. Extensions are almost always welcome, though last-minute requests may require cleaner confirmation.

-Regular Maintenance:
Essential services, such as lawn care, snow removal, pool/hot tub cleaning (where applicable), and pest control, may occur during your stay. These vendors follow a regular schedule, though days and times can vary slightly. We kindly ask that you allow them to complete their work quickly so you can enjoy the rest of your day.

-Damage:
If something is damaged, please let us know right away. We value honesty and will work with you to find a fair resolution, whether the damage is minor or significant.

-Wildlife:
Our homes are often in rural areas, so you may encounter insects (bees, spiders, flies), small animals (squirrels, raccoons), and occasionally larger wildlife (deer, bears). Please be prepared for nature during your stay and remember they’re more afraid of you than you are of them.

-Power & Internet Outages:
Outages can happen in this area due to weather or other factors. Because they are out of our control, we do not provide refunds for these interruptions, but we’ll do our best to help you work around them.

-Weather:
Rain, wind, snow and extreme heat and humidity are possible depending on the season. Please plan your travel accordingly, as we cannot refund missed stays due to weather conditions preventing travel.

-Additional Guests & Occupancy Limits:
The listed occupancy applies to your entire stay, not just overnight guests. Any extra guests or events must be approved in writing before arrival. Unapproved gatherings or over-occupancy will result in immediate removal without a refund.

-Pools, Hot Tubs & Outdoor Amenities:
These features may be seasonal. If your booking is at the beginning or end of the season and you’re concerned, check with us to confirm availability.

-Mail & Packages:
You may have mail or packages delivered during your stay, but please ensure they arrive while you are present and are clearly addressed with your name.
