Guest Guidelines

• One small hypoallergenic pet (under 20 lbs, fully trained, no puppies) allowed with prior approval. Pets must be crated if left unattended.
  
• No parties or events permitted.
  
• Please note: dogs are not allowed on Bonita Beach.
  
• No Smoking of Any Kind or Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is only permitted outdoors with doors closed.
  
• Quiet Hours: Please respect neighbors and observe quiet time between 10 PM and 8 AM
  
• No Commercial Use: Filming, photography, or audio/video recording for commercial or promotional purposes (including social media productions, advertisements, or brand collaborations) is strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing. Any unauthorized production or recording activity will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund and may lead to additional legal or financial action.

Note: We include complimentary pool heating up to 84°F. Requests for higher temperatures between 85–90°F can be accommodated for an additional $60/day, which must be scheduled 1–2 days in advance. Please note that elevated temperatures are weather-dependent, as Florida heat pumps can only heat as far as outdoor conditions allow during colder periods. For safety and equipment protection, the pool cannot be heated above 90°F, although the spa may be set as high as you prefer. Guests are responsible for maintaining the heat settings during their stay and should review the instructions provided; please reach out at any time if you need assistance. The additional fee reflects the significantly higher energy usage and additional wear on equipment required to sustain higher temperatures.
