Fully renovated and new to the market this Studio 7th floor condo has spectacular views of Bonita Beach and Tennis Resort area. The beach and Tennis Club is a short 5-minute walk to the gorgeous white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. At the beach a local favorite Doc's Surf Shop Bar & Grill (great food too!) where you can go parasailing, rent jet skis, or enjoy other beach amenities. Or just relax your day away soaking up the sun on the beach or watching the stunning sunsets.

The home features a modern beach décor and can sleep up to four (2 adults only please). There is one king bed and 2 twin pullout sofa beds. There is one full bathroom. Perfect for a small family or couple. You'll love the new fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Enjoy breakfast and the views on the screened in Lanai or watch your favorite movies on the big screen TV.

Relax and soak up the sun. Beach & Tennis has a great little Café that serves breakfast & lunch. Also within walking distance we recommend 'Coconut Jacks” for dinner one of the area's best seafood restaurants.

Nearby attractions abound, visit Lovers Key Park, see manatees at Estero bay, or collect seashells on Little Hickory Beach. Fishing Charters are nearby or book a catamaran for a stunning dinner cruise. If golf is your game set up a tee time at Spanish Wells Golf Club, Bonita Fairways, or Raptor Bay all close by. Just a few of the many activities available a short distance from the Beach & Tennis Club.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
