I have all 5-star ratings for this property and over 30 5-star ratings for the other property that I rent, https://www.vrbo.com/1041372. You will not be disappointed with your accommodations. Only 15 minutes from the beach. Fish in the canal in the backyard.
Sleeps 10 in beds.
Large screened-in porch at the rear of the house. Beautiful pool area.

King bed in the master bedroom.
Queen bed in the loft and guest bedroom 1.
Full bed in guest bedroom 2.
King bed in the bedroom above the garage.
3 1/2 baths.

The pool is electrically heated, I usually set it at 84 deg.
This is a very cozy home. You will have a wonderful time there.
This home is only rented to good-natured, happy people to preserve its good karma.

My husband and I enjoyed this house very much. Our three twenty something kids and my 82 year old mom had plenty of room. Bill is responsive and takes great care of the place. Centrally located and clean. Spent lots of time on the lanai and our son liked that he could fish off the pier.

Perfect vacation house!

We loved our stay here. Bill was a great host. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock. The pool was great. We had plenty of space and everything we needed for our group of 8. Highly recommend!

Like having a beautiful and peaceful retreat to yourselves

It was such a great place to plant ourselves for a retreat. It is a very convenient location to Old Bonita Springs, with it's quaint and trendy restaurants and within walking distance to Publix and a lot of other shopping. We drove to Fort Myers beach 3 times with no trouble finding a place to park! Maybe we just got lucky, but right now there are not as many tourists. There is a lot of construction on Estero Blvd. still being done from the hurricanes. When you are here it is so peaceful, bug free and relaxing. The pool and deck are perfect!It would be great for a reunion with friends or family. The loft does not have a bathroom, so not good for older folks, but all the other bedrooms have bathrooms close by. Bill, the owner, was great! He responded quickly to questions. You will not be disappointed!I hope we get the opportunity to return!

Great Stay

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this property! The home is very large and had plenty of space for my four siblings and my husband and my 4 month old son. Bill provided a pack and play for my son as well which was a nice touch! The pool was amazing and we even used the grill outside one night. Highly recommend staying here!

Girls trip in Bonita Springs

Group of mature 65-year-old ladies had a wonderful seven day vacation in Bonita Springs. Our host Bill was very accommodating and quickly responded to questions and things that we needed. The house was well appointed and beautiful with plenty of room for Six ladies. The property was close to many restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. We spent many mornings and evenings out on the Lanai watching birds and fish jumping out of the canal. It was a very relaxing space. I would highly recommend this rental home and would definitely return.

5 Tage vollkommene Erholung

Der Aufenthalt war super schon, der Vermieter war absolut kommunikativ und hat alles dafĂŒr gegeben und den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Kanu fahren, am Pool entspannen und Angeln was will Mann mehr? Leider hat die Klimaanlage in der oberen Etage eine kleine Macke gehabt. Halb so schlimm nach kurzer RĂŒcksprache mit dem Vermeintet haben wir sie gemeinsam wieder zum laufen bekommen. Eine neue sollte nach unserem Aufenthalt eingebaut werden.

Exceeded Our Expectations!!

This place was perfect. The owner was so great to deal with. The house and location were perfect. The details were amazing. Anything you could think of was in the house. The owner really cares that guests are super taken care of. The only bad thing is that I feel like I will be let down when staying at other properties. To show the kind of host this property owner is, the coffee maker wasn’t working and the same day there was a replacement ready on the counter. STAY here without worries, you will not regret it.

Great property!

Great family property

Beautiful well maintained home! Our group was 4 adults, 4 kids ages 5-12. Nana enjoyed the above the garage room which gave her some privacy and quiet. Kids loved the pool and enjoyed kayaks, fishing. Bill was kind and welcoming, we didn’t have an issues at all but he was easy to get ahold of. Easy access to local amenities. We loved our time here, not sure we can top it but we might just have to return and try! Thanks Bill!

Great Place to Stay

The house is exactly as described with plenty of room. We had 7 people, and everyone had their own space. We even had to spend part of our vacation time doing remote work and school, and had no problems with the wifi. The screened porch was the perfect place to sit out in, looking over the canal. Beautiful place. Lots to do in the area, plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Great spot!

This was a big, clean house with everything we needed. There was space for 4 adults, 3 teenagers and a child with room to spare. The pool was heated perfectly and the iguanas even came out to meet us! Large, well-stocked kitchen and the whole place was spotless. Plenty of linens and toys - took full advantage of the kayaks, beach chairs and extra fridge in the garage. Felt like home away from home!
