Roof repairs on buildings 1, 2 & 3 are taking place with an estimated completion time of December 31, 2025. The estimated completion time is not guaranteed and subject to change as per unexpected contractor and/or weather delays.

While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful once again and accessible right across the street from this condo complex. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made every day. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!

Due to damage from the previous hurricanes, work is still being done to restore the grounds and landscaping. Occasional daytime noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.

This updated Bonita Beach & Tennis studio condo, located across the street from Bonita Beach is located in the middle of the complex on the 7th floor of building 3. It provides a great getaway for vacationers who love the sun, sand and beach! The studio is thoughtfully outfitted and comes with everything you should need to enjoy your visit to our tropical paradise beach town!

The studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living/sleeping area .

The living area includes a futon-style sofa bed; community provided cable is on the wall-mounted Smart TV. The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the screen enclosed balcony.

The sleeping area has a king-size bed freshly made for you with provided linens, a ceiling fan for added comfort, a desk alcove, and a walk-in closet to store your belongings.

The full bathroom comes with a combination bathtub/shower. Bath and beach towels are included during your stay.

The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, smooth cooktop, microwave and a counter-top toaster oven; cookware, dinnerware and small electrical appliances are provided - including a Keurig and drip-style coffee maker.

Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.

A beach umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are included with this unit.

Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.

Pay-per use laundry facilities are located in building 1, 3 & 5; this unit is in building 3.

While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering its tennis, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House.

Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!

This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.

My wife & I had an awesome stay at the Bonita Springs Beach & Tennis Resort. Our rental was great — clean and well equipped for two people. We have stayed at this location several times — we love the location and the close proximity to the beach.

Unit was very clean. Plenty of essentials for use to use while staying. Properties still have some construction taking place from hurricane damage. Although noise was never an issue and no problems getting around the property. Our hostess was upfront about some ongoing construction but the unit itself was perfectly fine and very well maintained. Love the location. Restaurants nearby and short walk to the beach.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. The unit does not have an oven, only a range top and small toaster oven. We ate out. The property is still in upheaval from hurricane Ian but they are working to get things back to normal. Both pools were still closed but appeared to be finished. We love the area and will return in the future.

Horrible Experience.

The host was very kind leading up to our honeymoon. She was very informative. She alerted me that due to the hurricane, they were undergoing renovations in the lobby, I understood. She also alerted me that the pool may not be in service due to it needing an inspection. As it was too late to book anywhere else, I just crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. I checked with her on the day of our check-in, as the lights to the pool were on, she told me that the pool was not in use. I was disappointed as the sole reason I booked this condo was for the use of the pool, and the price point I agreed upon was contingent the pool being available. But as we were exhausted from a full day trek to Orlando, I decided I would address it laterBeginning at 3:00 in the morning, the power starting flickering on and off, about every 30 seconds or so. So just as we would get ready to fall back asleep, the power would either cut, or turn back on and hear everything kick back on. I allowed this to go on for an hour. I checked the radar and ruled out the possibility of a weather event kicking it off, as rain was not to begin until 6 am. I checked the common areas, they were all still with power. I also checked the WiFi networks and noticed other folks in the building still had their WiFi connected. So I figured it had something to do with the condo itself. Because of the potential severity of the matter, I called the emergency maintenance number, and at 5:30, he finally got back in touch with

Steps from the beach

This condo was a great little find for my husband and me, it is tiny but it was all we needed. Nice comfy king-sized bed, walk-in closet for clothing storage, a nice sized bathroom, and kitchenette with a table with seating for four and a fridge that provides filtered water and ice (a big plus for us). We like to eat in for breakfast and lunch, so we ran to the grocery store and got what we needed for the week. The beach is a four or five-minute walk through the parking lot and across the street, there was an area that had pine trees on the edge of the property, providing much-needed shade for me. This trip was all about R & R for us and that is just what we did, sat on the beach all day and out to dinner in the evening. The host was available for my questions and was very helpful to me. We would definately book again.

Great area very chill and nice people around. For sure would book again just make sure you have a way to get around since most stores are closer by vehicle. Was able to use Uber and uber eats and delivery for the most part. Loved that there was two pools to choose from. Condo was very nice and had things we didn’t even think about like chairs and an umbrella for the beach which came in really handy so you don’t have to pay for the ones offered across the street. Had no issues with getting keys every thing was simple and easy and owner was very helpful with any questions I had.

Perfect Vacation

The owner was very responsive to any questions prior to our vacation. The staff on site were very helpful and friendly. We did not rent a vehicle for the week and relied on Uber, Uber Eats, and Instacart. Only a 4-5 min. walk to the beach, hard to beat this location. From the provided beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, and Kuerig for the morning coffee this was the most perferct vacation.

Perfect Stay!

The studio was super nice and the kitchen was updated. It had amenities that were not listed. It was within walking distance of the beach,, which was great! Next trip, we will not need to rent a vehicle. We really enjoyed that beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler were in the room. We really enjoyed the grills located throughout the property. The check in process was quick and efficient. The property let us keep.our parking pass until 5pm, even though check out was at 10am. Overall a really nice experience and will definitely return to this location. Thank you for everything!!
