On top of that, outdoor recreational activities like hiking, mountain biking, and, of course, water sports, are minutes away.

Outdoor highlights at home include two separate covered patios, one with a built-in bar and grill, a full-sized fridge, a seating area, and an outdoor fireplace. There’s a private beach, firepit, and private dock as well, so bring your boat and explore by water or just lounge on the sandy shore.

Inside, you’ll love the water view from nearly every room and multiple gathering spaces. Expect abundant natural light, modern furnishings, and lots of space to spread out. The full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and plentiful counter space. Dine together at the window-front table or step outside and dine alfresco. Indoor entertainment options include four streaming-capable TVs and free WiFi, ideal for catching up on any remote work in the dedicated office space/bonus room, with a cozy gas fireplace of its own. Rest easy and comfortably at night knowing every day spent here will be an enjoyable one.

Dock details: Guests can bring boats up to 30 feet in length. There is room for two boats; no ropes or equipment is provided. There’s a five-foot depth by the dock. Beware of stumps in the water; some are unmarked. Boat Lift NOT available.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
