Description: Nestled in a prime location, this immaculately adorned and meticulously maintained 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home exudes charm with its "country feel" decor and comfortably accommodates 11 guests. Across the street from the complimentary fitness room, indoor pool, whirlpool, and trout ponds (catch and release), this house is a delightful retreat.

The primary bedroom, conveniently situated on the main floor, features a king bed, a spacious soaking tub, and a separate shower for a luxurious experience. The main floor guest room boasts a queen bed with a full bath. Upstairs, a charming bedroom awaits with a queen bed and bunk beds featuring a twin on top and a full bed below. The downstairs den/bedroom, complete with a sleeper sofa, provides privacy with its own en-suite bathroom.

Every bedroom is equipped with a television featuring cable for entertainment. Guests can make the most of two private decks, a covered patio off the dining room, a cozy gas log fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances. For families with young ones, amenities include a baby gate, children's stools, and a portable high chair seat conveniently stored in an upstairs closet. Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Just Perfect

Perfect design for a family of 10. Everyone had their "space". Perfect location in between Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk for dining and exploring. Perfect amenities. Just a perfect rental for a large family gathering.

This place is very clean. Lots of utensils and kitchen supply. Beds are comfortable. We had a great time during the Christmas. The house ran out of gas during our stay. The afterhour emergency team was able to manage to refill the gas tank at 1am.

We loved our stay! The property’s location was super close to the indoor pool which was perfect for our whole party. The kitchen was well stocked and the property was very clean. We were a little “taken a back” by the size of the rooms- as the photos make them seem as if they are much bigger than they truly are. Enjoyed our stay at this property and would book again!

Great stay! So many great things in this house. Comfortable beds, Kureig coffee maker and a Mr. coffee maker as well. Plenty of pots and pans. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We spent Christmas at this beautiful home and it was magical. No snow but still a great time. We highly recommend this property!

Winter in North Carolina

The location is excellent and the distribution of rooms is perfect for three families with a basement for the children. The kitchen is well equipped with blender, a toaster oven and keurig coffee maker. t The property is in excellent condition. It is in a short hill so depending on weather conditions, all-wheel drive or snow tires is necessary but there is parking very close by on flat terrain and the main roads had been plowed. We had fresh snow so we had to do that for the first three days until it melted. It could be an issue with someone with mobility issues. We definitely recommend this property.

Family Stay-together

This was a Christmas gift to our adult children and their families, for us all to stay together in a beautiful location, relaxing and having fun together. We had the opportunity to fish, hike, swim and play games together. The large dining table and beautiful living room provided us the comfortable space to share a good time together.

Our family had a fabulous time. The proximity to the pool, fitness area and fishing ponds was perfect, everything was in walking distance. The house was great, we all had plenty of space and found the house to be very cozy. Thank for a wonderful time!

A great long weekend!

We stayed here Presidents’ Day wk end 2019. Fri- Monday. Great, great location. House is right at the pool. Close to Banner Elk, Beech Mtn and Sugar. Very pretty home, well stocked kitchen. Beautiful view from the deck. Very clean home. We had 11 people, loved each family had there own room and own bathroom. Kids loved the pool and hot tub- this made our trip great ! Only downside- 2 cars only allowed to park at home. And those 2 cars parked on a steep hill with really no room to turn around. We mostly backed all the way down the hill. But, overflow parking was at the pool which was right at the house. It worked fine. Will def stay at this house again.
