Check in desk employees were very nice and the rooms were clean. Standard Hampton Inn breakfast food, which is mid-level, but fine. My biggest complaint was the noise. You could hear everything from the maids shaking out trash bags in the hall to the trucks down shifting on the street outside. Wouldn’t stay here again because of that.

Pet fees are excessive!
A $75 pet fee +5 dollar tax on that $80 for one night for a little tiny pet that only slept in the room with us? Nothing was mentioned on Hotels.com about that amount we knew we had to pay a fee but not $80 and when we checked in no one said the fee was $80!

Everyone was so friendly! Everyone spoke to us from maid service to breakfast staff. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a good size. Breakfast offered a wide variety of foods.

Tops in Customer Service!
Came to Boone for daughter’s wedding. Loved the service and friendliness of entire staff. Every employee I passed greeted me and asked me how I was and if I was enjoying my stay. The fact that they allow pets and that their pet free is reasonable, is why I choose Hampton Inn & Suites.
