Light up back parking lot better. Have dry towels in pool area at nights. No towels at 830 pm. Everything else was good check in guy was great. Clean, quite. Nice location.

The boone police had to come the first night the neighbors were so bad , the pool heater was broken , food was left in the refrigerator , dirty wash rag hanging in shower , kids running up and down the halls after midnight ! The staff at the desk were very nice but just was not our weekend !

Police had to come fri nite neighbors were so bad ! Kids running up and down the hall . Pool heater was broken . Food left in the refrigerator . Dirty wash rags left hanging in the bathroom ! Red stains on bedspread ! The people at the desk were very nice !

The bedding in our room was not cleaned sheets were reused. Called housekeeping to change and they confirmed they were soiled. The front desk was very apologetic. They did not charge us for one of the nights. But no money value and be placed on how disgusting this is. The manager was not on site. I called Monday after we left to speak with them. Never heard from him. The front desk called me back. Very unprofessional too.
