The property was clean and staffs was friendly. However, the breakfast was lackluster, and they charge an additional $100 deposit at check in which i think is rather exorbitant for a one night stay.

The manager here was amazing. He was very polite, respectful, informative as we were from out of town. Would definitely recommend staying here especially if the manager is there.

While a worn property is not a problem (although the condition is not worth the price), the lack of snow removal and the presence of roaches in our 3rd floor bathroom is completely unacceptable We canceled the balance of our stay and are pending a refund (which will show the value of the insurance we bought). The desk manager (Mark) was very sympathetic and wanted to take immediate action. He advised that he pushed for the refund of our 2nd night stay (I hope it is returned soon). We will not stay here in the future
