Description: Located in the resort of Echota, this top floor Timbers floor plan condo(stair access only) features two level living. These spacious condos are great for two families or families with children, each with their own space to enjoy. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living room with gas log fireplace, primary bedroom, bathroom and œ bath, as well as laundry facilities. Access to the covered deck is provided from the living room or the primary bedroom as well as the wooded mountain views. The primary bedroom is spacious with the primary bathroom attached. Located upstairs is a loft area with extra sleeping space, guest bedroom and bathroom, as well as a bonus office room. This condo is upstairs with stair access only (7 stairs total).

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Great property only about 15 min from the slopes and 15 min from Boone. Well maintained neighborhood directly off a main road. The property was exactly as listed and in great condition, very well stocked, and very clean. Check-in an out was a breeze. The owner was very responsive.

Weekend getaway

The house was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. The resort was well kept and we had a perfect view of Grandfather Mountain. We enjoyed a weekend of much needed family time with three generations. I would book again!
