You'll be wonderfully located near the best of Boothbay Harbor at this home just across the footbridge from downtown. Enjoy fantastic access to Barrett Park and the Boothbay Lobster Wharf mere steps away.

This home makes an enviable home base in Boothbay Harbor, whether planning to spend your days whale-watching, kayaking with Tidal Transit Kayak, or simply perusing the shops, restaurants, and galleries that populate this darling Midcoast town.

After a day of coastal excursions, you'll return to a casual, comfortable living area with two sofas and a smart TV, a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials, and a small indoor dining space. Right out back are a small deck with outdoor seating and marshland views, a gas grill for summer barbecues, and a picnic table where you can gather for lobster rolls and haddock pulled straight from the ocean. Wonderful accommodations and location!

The Lobster Trap was a great place to stay in BBH. It was spacious , clean, and comfortable. Plus, it's dog friendly. There's a nice spot to sit outside and it's a pleasant walk to downtown. We couldn't have asked for more.

Cozy 2-bedroom in convenient walking location

The location is perfect as it is a short walk from Barrett Park as well as from takes you across the harbor to all the shops and restaurants Boothbay Harbor has to offer. The place was well equipped with kitchen utensils and toiletries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent in most ways… unique, and attractively furnished.

comfort, cleanliness,location kitchen size and equipment (in the main) excellent, except more sauce pans needed!! A very pleasant and comfortable stay. We loved it and will return….for a longer stay next time we hope. But at my age, who knows? One thing that was great for us is that there was one step up at the front door and everything else is on the same level, so we felt safe and very much at home.

Great Base for Booth Bay Harbor area.

We were absolutely thrilled with the Lobster Trap. Close enough to everything, but not in the middle of it all. No worries about parking which could have been an issue elsewhere. We had our own lobster restaurant only steps away. The Lobster Trap was very clean. We had plenty of room and enjoyed BBH, out and about as well as when we were at our home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot super close to town

The apartment is cute and is super accessible to a beautiful park to picnic or bring the dog, two great lobster shacks, a beautiful downtown restaurant and everything Boothbay Harbor has to offer. Note that there is only one window-unit AC in one of the two bedrooms.
