The Cocoonr Agency in Bordeaux offers for rent, this sumptuous flat in a magnificent early 19ᵉ century stone building with a lift. Ideally located, right in the heart of Bordeaux, in the Golden Triangle. Located on the 3ᵉ floor, with a surface area of 200 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travellers, it comprises a beautiful dining room, lounge, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All linen is 4-star hotel quality, and the beds are made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A lovely, light-filled dining room with a large table that can be used as a workspace or for dinner with friends or family.
- A lovely, comfortable living room with sofa, large flat-screen TV (the only TV in the flat) and coffee table
- A large separate kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc. and a round table for your meals.
- A master suite with king-size bed (180x200), bathroom with bath (no toilet) and dressing room
- Bedroom 2 with king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 3 with 1 king-size bed (180x200)
- A large bathroom with a beautiful Italian shower without toilet

The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Neighbourhood and activities :
- L'Impérial is located on rue Vital Carles, opposite the Maison du Préfet de Bordeaux, a unique and prestigious location in Bordeaux's Golden Triangle, in a comfortable pedestrianised area, 50 metres from St-André Cathedral.
- The flat is just a stone's throw from all the shops, Rue Sainte-Catherine (Europe's longest shopping street), cultural venues and public transport, so you can make the most of life in Bordeaux.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby pay car park.

L'Impérial We spent 4 nights here and it was our first time in Bordeaux. The location of the apartment was amazing, lots to do in the local area and great tram links. The actual apartment was spacious, clean and was great for what we needed. One thing to note is that although two bathrooms are advertised, there is only one toilet which could be inconvenient depending on the group size.

The apartment was nicely furnished, spacious, and walking distance to lovely attractions. There was no AC & the windows don't have screens so it was hot and noisy from the streets below. We misread the description & found 1 wash closet (toilet) instead of what we thought would be 2 full bathrooms. Our bad but it made getting out the door timely a challenge. Louis provided helpful details for our stay.

L'Impérial "The accommodation is huge, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a great stay. The three beds are super comfortable and the apartment bright and airy. There were fans available for each bedroom. We had early access to the apartment and were warmly greeted by a bottle of wine and Catherine who spent much time imparting advice about the local area: things to do, restaurant recommendations, how to get around etc. Communication was friendly, prompt and helpful throughout. A problem with the TV was quickly resolved. The apartment is so centrally located that exploring can be done on foot or, for slightly further afield, via the cheap/easy to navigate tram system (which is runs directly outside). Bordeaux is so interesting with much to do. At the end of our stay we handed our keys to another very friendly agent, Alice. A very lovely stay in every respect. Thank you."

L'Impérial "This is a lovely apartment in the centre of Bordeaux. We stayed for 5 nights and the location was perfect for exploring the city! Communication with the agency was good. We had requested some fans, as the apartment does not have air conditioning, and fans were provided to help with the heat. A few things of note, as mentioned in other reviews, there is only one toilet. There are two showers so overall very manageable. We also had to pay a fee for late check in and another fee for being late after our flight was delayed. This was all communicated clearly but just something to keep in mind. I would recommend staying in the apartment to anyone wanting to explore Bordeaux."

L'Impérial Beautiful and large apartment in the centre of Bordeaux. Within easy reach to many attractions and restaurants, 5-10 min walk. Apartment was clean and bright. Three double bedrooms, very comfortable beds. Two bathrooms, however, one toilet only. If you stay with the large group of people it could be challenging. Otherwise, a beautiful apartment, great stay in Bordeaux. Would recommend to anyone.

L'Impérial Great place, nicely located in the middle of the city Center. Amenities were sufficient. Only issue was that the radiator didn’t work & they didn’t know how to fix it. Careful of the curtain blinds in the living room cause it fell down when we pulled the curtains - super dangerous. But the agency helped to fix it the day after. Only 1 toilet bowl in the entire apartment - although there are indeed 2 bathroom/showers.

L'Impérial "Overall: Beautiful flat in a beautiful part of Bordeaux. Pros: Communication was fast and the people sent to help us check in and out were very friendly. Flat is a lot larger than expected, ceilings are high, neighborhood is beautiful/very convenient. Flat is quiet and peaceful. It’s also very clean. Cons: There is one toilet in the whole flat- tricky if you have a group or family. Not a lot of sheets/bedding. Also it’s an agency, so you don’t get any personal recommendations. Despite the one toilet and maybe less personal touch, I would stay again because of cleanliness and great neighborhood."
