Un lieu magnifique rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, trĂšs agrĂ©able pour un moment de dĂ©tente. Nous avons rencontrĂ© un problĂšme : nous avons avouĂ© avoir fumĂ© dans la chambre alors que c’était interdit, nous nous en sommes excusĂ©s en prĂ©cisant qu’on ne l’avait pas lu mais que nous en assumerions les consĂ©quences. On nous a facturĂ© 100€ de frais ce que nous pouvons comprendre mais nous aurions aimĂ© un peu plus de complaisance car nous nous en sommes excusĂ©s, nous avons respectĂ© les lieux, son standing et nous aurions apprĂ©ciĂ© dans vos prestations que vous n’insistiez pas l’aprĂšs-midi la veille de notre dĂ©part de venir rĂ©gler l’ensemble du sĂ©jour ou encore rentrer Ă  midi sans notre encore, votre chien qui rentre dans la chambre (sachant qu’il restait qu’une nuit). On avait l’impression d’ĂȘtre pris pour des enfants qui vont partir sans payer. MalgrĂ© tout le sĂ©jour reste un trĂšs bon souvenir et l’accueil du jeune homme le premier jour Ă©tait trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Je recommande
