Not much there

Not ready until 90 minutes after advertised check in time. Not a cup or utensil available anywhere. If you just need a desk chair and a bed you should be all set. I wasn't able to get in on time though. Maybe you will have a different result.

Area was safe, one small room and a bathroom. Good for 1-2 people to stay. However very noisy , especially at night. Also because it is in the basement, it has musty/wet odor/feeling.

It's in a basement and there was a door to another part of the basement that was locked and we could see a light that was on all night on the other side. It was very quiet though, great if you just need somewhere to sleep.

It is basement room in an occupied house. The entrance is through a converted bulkhead with steep stairs and no hand rails. The room is small with little room for luggage. The towels were very servalable and no wash cloths. There was a coffe maker but no cups or filters.

If you are looking for a room with a view, this is not your place. If you want a very comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a place to rest after a long day, this is as good as any. If you want your money to go toward a lady with young kids instead of a mega millionaire, stay here. This is in the southern suburbs of Boston. Not handicapped accessible because you have to go down 4 steps.

As advertised

Small but comfy basement room with bathroom in private house. Impressively clean. Easy backyard access. Cute bunnies running around in the yard. Looked exactly as pictured. Conveniently located near family I was visiting. Room always felt cool even during blistering summer heat. I slept well. On the downside, it was challenging to find the correct address in the dark when I first checked in. After settling, I requested the WiFi password and informed the owner that the bathroom light did not turn on, the night table lamp didn’t work (later, noticed it was only unplugged), and the TV wasn’t connected to their network so I couldn’t watch anything. Owner promptly replied with their password but ignored the other issues. Weird. Also, loudest wall clock ever made. Stored it in the closet during my stay. As others have mentioned, you’re going to hear noise from upstairs like the footfalls of running children. Heard muffled adult conversation well after midnight on Saturday. Was able to drown it out by watching YouTube on my phone.

Just DON’T. The description stated 2 twin beds.. it only had 1 which was less than ideal for my boss and myself. The only light in the bathroom did not work . Had to shower in the pitch black, the pillow case was full of tiny small black curly hairs and reeked like a dirty head! There was hair in the bed, the sink and medicine cabinet! There were clothes all over the floor? An empty creamer container on top of the microwave and a box of unopened mashed potatoes and a half used bottle of syrup on top of the microwave also! The bed side table had a bottle of half used mens cologne inside. This back yard was littered with beer bottle caps , cigarette butts and used tooth glossers
 WTH? was just waiting to get murdered in my sleep. It seems a lot of people live there.. 5 cars at the home. We had to park on the grass between 2 houses. Super sketchy place.WTH?

People were very friendly and courteous and helpfull. They were gone from 8 to 5 during the week. Was quite and newly built and roomy. Would do again in future.

The room is built in the basement of a lived in family home.Nice neighborhood. A very nice family with children. The room was super cute and clean and the bed was comfortable which made me happy. Some of the places we have seen near the xfinity center were filthy. This was a nice clean room.It has a seperate entrance and has a bathroom.The walls/ceiling are very thin. We heard every noise/ talking, laughing and walking. A clock in the room was ticking all night. The kids especially were very loud. Running up and down stairs and yelling. Kids being kids. I am a grandma of 9 so I get it. We would stay again instead of driving home after a concert ONLY if we plan on checking out early. Unfortunately, this trip I worked a 24 hour shift friday into Sat morning then went to a concert Saturday night. I was hoping for some sleep Sunday morning before driving home but was woken by the noise early. If you are looking for a place to lay your head and checking out early this is ok for a night. It was definitely better than trying to drive 2 hours after a concert

Exactly what I was looking for

Stayed for a weekend. Perfectly advertised. Wouldn't recommend for more than a couple days, as there's no kitchen. But has a clean bathroom, hot water, and most importantly, the room felt very clean when I arrived. Would stay again
