The property was very nice; loved walking in to a nice fireplace as it was a bit chilly evening. Our room was nice and the bed was SO comfortable. Our only issue was with the woman that checked us in; very unfriendly - made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience to her night. Definitely did not make us feel the least bit welcome.

The property was fine. Staff wasn't the most friendly. One elevator was broken which was inconvenient. The sheets to our bed were torn and tattered with holes - I couldn't believe they were still using them!

Thank you for your valued feedback. I will speak to the housekeeping team to make sure they are discarding damaged linen. Unfortunately, one of our elevators is out for repair. We are hoping to get it back within the next few weeks.

Overall it was ok bathroom was nice desk had everything I could need plenty of plugs in but couch/chair very uncomfortable bed was the worst although it was a pillow top it felt like it had a sheet of plywood under it, it was very hard and I had difficulties falling to sleep, shoulders and sides were very soar in the morning. A big plus was their 24 hour shuttle to the airport.
