The staff was nice, breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast nothing great but not bad. Id of given a 5 stars on this but when checking it we were hit with a $30 a day parking fee. $60 i paid to park my car at a place im already paying to stay at. Iv never once heard this before.

Easy and smooth checkin. Friendly staff. Just the to go breakfast was disappointing. No bag just handed a waffle (donut like) item that is not appealing and an apple the size of a little child’s fist. Perhaps a choice of banana or fruit cup would be better. The waffle is of course cold and dry.

Upon my arrival at 1:30 pm, after a long day of travel and delays, I asked Shantelle the desk clerk for a bit of an early check in. She was extremely rude and said only if I paid an additional $75!! FOR 1.5 hours!! I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN. THE SHUTTEL WAS OLD AND RICKETY, drivers were kind, and night clerk was kind. Shantele should not have represented this property at all.
