Hotel check in very good. Room was clean and quiet. Transportation took a long time to arrive at airport. We were given incorrect door to stand across from at international terminal and we had A LOT of luggage to try and cart around many people. Once shuttle arrived the driver was super nice. Great hotel airport.

Honestly, overall it was a great stay, the staff were welcoming and answered any questions I had. I will say the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, though it was the only part of the room I’d say wasn’t clean, there was hair on the shower floor and walls as well as on the counter in the bathroom and even on the toilet seat and in one of the towels, but aside from that everything was clean and the room size was large. Aside from the parts of the bathroom I mentioned, most everything else worked well (the phone wasn’t working but perhaps it was unplugged) and was clean! Having a shuttle to and from the airport was nice, as was the free breakfast, there’s not much to do in the area which isn’t a big deal if you’re out most of the time, which I was.

Great shuttle to airport. Front desk staff was nice. Allowed us to check in early....we got lucky and it wasn't super crowded. We appreciated it since we had an early flight that brought us in before the usual check in time.

Very nice and clean room. Bed was comfortable with nice sheets. Really appreciated their shuttle service. We had a early flight and did not want to deal with returning our rental car early in the morning so we dropped it off the evening before (which was super smart because trying to figure out the airport signs and maps on our phone was a couple seconds behind) and the hotel shuttle came and picked us up and then dropped us off early in the morning. You just have to let them know. They even pack to go breakfasts since you miss their complimentary breakfast at the hotel.
