It is an older motel, previously a Best Western. It has seen it's better days. The new owners will have a lot of work to do. All the carpeting in the hallways and room is stained and smells bad. The staff, although friendly, have limited English which made communication a little difficult. My room was clean enough, except for the carpet.

Gentleman that checked us in couldn't recommend a restaurant to have dinner at. Very strange since there were MULTIPLE restaurants in the area. Facility is old which is fine but it really didn't appear clean. Lots of carpet throughout the motel which was dingy and dirty. Biggest complaint was two ice machines which were out of order and 2 soda machines, one of which was "out of stock" and the other completely off. Wouldn't recommend.

I did not stay at this hotel! the hotel was overbooked! The stated they would refund my reservation, and have not done so. The refund receipt they provided was a receipt of stay. I only noticed after reviewing it the next day. The hotel was run down and dumpy in appearance. I would never stay there knowing what I know now.

The hotel was overbooked and canceled our reservation without notifying us. As a result we were stranded in the middle of the night. There was not even any stuff when we arrived at the lobby at around 10pm for checking in. We had to wait a long time for a stuff to come.

Beware that the hotel rating reflects guest experiences prior to the hotel being used as a shelter. We were planning to stay for 7 nights but had to check out within hours due to the conditions of the room and hotel, which clearly has been damaged over the past couple of years. We asked for another, cleaner room, and when we were offered one, we learned there were “squatters” living in it. The hotel needs a major renovation and it certainly does not provide a comfortable or safe travel experience - the rating and marketing is misleading. The front desk staff were nice and kind, as well as understanding when we asked to check out early and requested a refund.
