The heat provided for my room is from a freestanding space heater, not from an HVAC system. If it was really cold I don’t think it would be warm enough. The AC is freestanding also with a big flexible duct going through the window to outside. Furniture is very old and worn. Curtains are faded. Property should be renovated. I was shocked at how bad this is for the cost. The front desk guy was very nice though.

There was very little water pressure and not any at all most of the time. The toilet did not flush. There were roaches in the room and I had to get my clothes washed because I found a roach in my bags. I would NOT recommend this motel to anyone. I would love to be reimbursed for this lack of relaxing experience.

I stayed at The Boston Hotel for a work trip and it was perfect. The location is very convenient, close to meetings and transit, and the neighborhood feels safe even walking late at night. Rooms were comfortable, Wi-Fi reliable, and the staff professional and helpful. A great choice for business travelers who value both convenience and peace of mind.

We just finished a 10-day stay at the Boston. We booked our reservation sight-unseen and, having booked a package deal through Travelocity, we were locked in and couldn’t cancel or shorten our stay. So after an extensive stay, here’s the good, the bad, and the ugly… First, the good: the Boston motel is very close to transit, dining, and amenities. Also, the staff at the Boston are friendly, readily available, and very responsive. The bad: there are a LOT of issues for the staff to be responsive to. The drains clog. We blew an electrical fuse in our unit simply by turning on a hair dryer. The furniture looks much nicer online than it actually is, for example: tables wobble at the joints like they might fall apart if you’re not extremely careful with them. The wood-colored paint on our table actually came off on anything we set on the table. The ugly: the grounds are sorely in need of TLC — the siding on the building has been removed or is missing in places. There’s inadequate garbage pickup which results in litter throughout the grounds. The floor of our unit felt like it’s had moisture damage at some point in the past—you can feel it bend beneath your feet in spots. The walls and ceilings are also very thin — you’ll get to know your neighbors quite intimately during your stay. Finally, while the rooms are labeled as non-smoking, there are ashtrays a few feet from the motel room doors which has left several of the rooms smelling of smoke. Respectfully, wouldn’t return.

We stayed here because it was walking distance to the friends we were visiting. We had a room with a kitchen, but other than a few dishes, two bowls and 3 coffee mugs, there was only one set of silverware and one small pan. It took two trips to the front desk to receive a pot to cook soup, some extra plastic utensils, and detergent and brush to clean dishes. The floor was dusty and uneven - the drawers in the bedroom dresser kept sliding open (when empty) due to the angle of the floor - we leaned suitcases against them to keep them shut. The property feels safe, parking was easy and staff were friendly at all times. The bed was clean and very comfortable, A/C worked, wifi was strong, shower was hot. Whole Foods and CVS are right around the corner.

I think for the price this hotel delivers. We actually like the outdoor sitting to have our morning coffee. It's an older hotel but it does the job if you're visiting. About 20 minutes by train to tourist attraction and the station is basically right outside the hotel.

I thought I make the deal of the century when I found this place, slightly less expensive than the big shots around Boston, but I realized quickly I was wrong, 1st of all they have motel standards, they're a motel, 2nd they could do better in the cleaning area, the stairs leading to my room was neglected and looked abandoned there isn't much to do I blamed it on laziness, 3rd their foods need improvement, I'll let you do your own assessment, 4th I don't much about the area but I feel like there is room for improvement in the security area. The craziest thing for me is when the charge me $25 for their parking (who charges clients parking fee?) but besides these mishaps the place is quiet, staff is friendly. If you're looking for a place to spend a night, lay low, this is the ideal palce but if you wanna impress someone it's a big no no.

Exceptional Service at Reception by Keith Kitson, the Guest Relations Manager. We arrived at the hotel at 10 PM only to realize our reservation had been made for the wrong date. What could have been a stressful fiasco quickly turned into a positive experience thanks to his exceptional service. He personally assisted us in contacting Expedia and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assured. His professionalism and kindness truly made the difference. Seeing how tired we were from our travels he even helped us with our luggage to our room. Truly exceptional. I will definitely be returning.

Breakfast was descent. It’s an older hotel, room has an odor, and older facilities. Customer service was good no complaints. If you are visiting downtown, you are better off getting a hotel closer. We had to uber to most common areas. Hotel at least 17 min drive from stadium and downtown and about 25 min from airport.
