Close to downtown!! Located on a private quiet side street.. Renovated beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath modern apartment - Beds are queen size for your comfort Wide pine floors, upgraded shaker style cabinets Granite counter-tops, SS appliances. Large open concert living. Large Master bedroom with Master bath. Sleeps 6 people. Off street parking for one vehicle in garage. Heat/hot water, fully furnished, wifi/cable. Front loader washer/dryer. Central AC . Outside seating area. Short walking distance to commuter train to Boston. Walk downtown to restaurants and to beach, Very close proximity to historic district. Fully furnished, heat, hot water, electric, cable, wifi all included. Pots/pans utensils, linens , towels all as well.
No smokers please. Apartment is "townhouse style". Two floors. Completely private nothing is shared except the outside grass area. Parking reserved for ONE vehicle in the south bay garage which is less then a 5 min walk already PAID for.
My company is Atlantic coast homes and my name is Jennifer. I hope to have the opportunity to rent to you while you stay in Salem. 4 Night minimum stay. Please note when you do book I send check-in instructions no earlier than 24 hours before your stay for safety for everyone.

Great place

The house was as advertised. The check in process was easy and clear. The owner even included cute little soaps and shampoos. We had a great view of the water and a close walk to most of Salem!!

Overall opinion

Place was clean. Very cozy! Parking was an inconvenience. We noticed the new arrivals downstairs left their car on sidewalk overnight which made it hard to pack our stuff in car. Also, having to check in later in the afternoon was a disappointment. We normally like to check in by morning, put our stuff away and then enjoy the sites! Very nice place overall!

Nice condos, use the two separate units as one large one for my family during my son's wedding. Convenient to walk to venue as well as downtown attractions. Townhouse was clean. All amenities worked and featured as described, would stay here again

Love staying at this location!

This is our 3rd or 4th year staying at this property. We have stayed in Units 1 & 2. Both are fully equipped with super comfy beds, lots of towels and everything you need in the kitchen. Amazing location! You will not be disappointed. Historic, beautiful home!!!!!

Salem Perfection

This house is beautiful, quaint, and in the perfect location. We had the best time, parking at the South Bay garage was easy and close. The sites of Salem were within walking distance and easy to get to. We could stay here again.

Great location in Salem

This property is in a great location in Salem, near restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The upstairs primary bedroom is very large and spacious. The listing says there were two bedrooms with queen beds, but the downstairs bedrooms are both small and each only have a double bed. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Location, location, location! Ideal spot within Salem, and a great point of departure to access great towns on the North Shore, as well as Boston. Host was responsive to an issue we encountered. House was well-stocked and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We actually rented both unit 1 and unit 2 for our large family for my daughter's wedding at Misselwood in Beverly. Wonderful place. Clean. Easily accessible. Thank you for a beautiful weekend!

Great location…perfect for our family!

The unit is clean and cute, with nice simple decor and spacious bedrooms. But what really sticks out for this place is the location! We were within approx 5 minutes walk from most of the places we were visiting in Salem. Lots of dining, history, and shopping within minutes! We also loved that it was a historic building and surrounded by other historic houses in all directions, as well as being right on the waterfront. The primary room is upstairs and is enormous and has a very spacious closet and bathroom as well. Our teenagers each got their own room on the main floor, that they were happy with as well. We didn’t really use the kitchen much but it appeared to be decently-equipped. Overall we were very happy with the home and would definitely stay there again.

Waterfront getaway

We loved this location for our Salem/Boston stay. Everything was in such a lovely walkable distance. We did have to park the car off-site, which was about 5 minutes away. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. The rooms in the were spacious, the shared living spaces a little less so, but it was still a great fit for our family.

Perfect location

My Two sisters and myself stayed at this property for a long weekend for our annual sisters trip. The house is located in a perfect location that you can park for the weekend and walk to everything. The home was extremely clean. There were plenty of linens, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap in the apartment, you can leave that stuff at home. The only two things that I would mention is if you do plan on doing a lot of cooking at the house like we were there is a lot to lack in the kitchen as far as mixing bowls, pots pans, silverware, etc. and if you are bringing folks along with you that do have a little trouble with stairs to keep in mind this is an old home with a narrow, spiral staircase to get to apartment. If we return to the area I definitely would rent this home again, we had a blast.

Great stay

We were coming to Salem for my daughter's wedding. The house was right across the street from the venue and it was easy to host the "get ready" spot. The views of the ocean was great and was in easy walking distance from many historic sites we visited.

Awesome little stay

This little stay was perfect. Just the right size and perfect for walking to all the main attractions. Walking distance to the ferry to Boston for a day trip and private enough to relax after taking in all the attractions.

Graduation Getaway

This was a graduation trip for my granddaughter. We had a great time. The condo was roomy for the 4 of us. Very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and what nots. The area was very quiet and close to the water. Everything we did was within walking distance. Felt very safe out walking at night. Several Restaurants within a block or two as well. Parking for this unit was not at the unit it was in a parking deck about a two minute walk from there. It has a reserved spot which was nice. If you are not able to climb stairs this would not be the condo for you to rent. It is on the second floor and with that the master bedroom is upstairs in the unit. Everything like I said was very clean, roomy, comfortable and charming. Our host was very sweet and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone and plan on coming back again next year.
