Inconsistent info on beds and duvets and only the double bed and one single useable in the mezzanine, the ceiling is just too low elsewhere. Perfect for 7 ppl, not more.

Super Skiwoche
Wir waren 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) und hatten eine tolle Skiwoche. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Kurze Wege und nach Les Arcs 1950 zum Einkaufen einfach mit dem Cabriolet Lift. Die Einrichtung ist relativ neu und die Wohnungsgröße ausreichend für 7/8 Personen. Wichtig ist zu wissen, dass es ein Doppelzimmer und ein Zimmer mit 4 Betten gibt. Im Dach können 2 Personen gut übernachten. Hier ist zu beachten, dass die Deckenhöhe gering ist und die Leiter sehr steil. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall super wohl gefühlt!!

Globalement bon sejour au bel aval
Appartement agréable lumineux avec une très jolie vue sur la montagne. Acces aux pistes et aux commerces assez facile. Petit soucis au sujet des chambres. Il n'y a que 2 belles chambres,la 3ème se trouve dans un grenier aménagé ou on ne peut pas se tenir debout. C'est plus un dortoir qu'une chambre et l'accès se fait par une échelle raide et étroite. L'appartement mériterait une petite remise à neuf(problème de télé ,chaise bancale halogène cassé,porte du réfrigérateur à réparer et rideau arraché .) C'est dommage car L'appartement a un reel potentiel,il a juste besoin d'une remise en ordre. La conciergerie est au top ,merci à Sylvie Gautheron pour son efficacité. La famille Richet

Semaine entre amis
Les installations sont adéquates pour un séjour entre amis. Situé à proximité des restaurants et remontées mécaniques. Seul bémol, la hauteur sous plafond de la mezzanine est un peu petite - cette mezzanine est toutefois l’endroit rêvé pour des enfants.

Le grenier pour coucher les enfants est très bas de plafond, on ne se rend pas bien compte avec les photos. Très déçus de l'inventaire qui n'est pas du tout à jour. Pose de gros problème pour les draps qui ne correspondaient pas du tout ! (draps housses et housses de couettes) Pas de cafetière électrique classique (embêtant à 10). D'autre part, on n'a plus que 6 chaises à disposition et une fenêtre est cassée dans une chambre. Et j'en passe...

Un bon séjour !
L’appartement est top et l’espace est bien optimisé ! Le seul hic serait pour moi la description des lits qui ne correspondait pas. Nous avons pris des draps trop petits/trop grands car sur le livret d’accueil la dimension des lits n’était pas bonne. Le fait aussi que l’appartement soit un peu difficile d’accès avec des poussettes et enfants en bas âge (trop d’escaliers à monter et descendre, de passerelles pour aller de l’appartement au centre de la station..) Mais à part ça tout était très bien et je recommande !!!

Séjour notre amis pour le réveillon
Appartement confortable et agréable avec 3 chambres dans une résidence calme et appartement bien équipé. la 3ème chambre est accessible par une échelle et positionnée dans l entrée. L’accès aux pistes n’est pas simple, il faut compter 1/4 d’heure pour aller au nouveau chalet ESf PIOU PIOU, beaucoup d’escaliers et ascenseur en panne cette semaine. Globalement très satisfait de la station, et appartement correctement équipé. Un casier à skis serait le bienvenu.

L'appartement est bien conçu pour 9 personnes. Il est en bon état, à proximité de tout
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine aux ARCS. Le logement est adapté aux skieurs, l'entrée est équipée pour stocker chaussures, gants et blousons. Des portes skis sont dispo sur le balcon. L appartement est agréable et lumineux et bien équipé nous Attention à 2 points : l humidité passe au niveau des fenêtres des 2 chambres (ça n'a pas gêné mais risque d usure) et la chambre au "grenier" est adaptée aux petits gabarits (sympa mais à considérer juste comme un point nuit). Il faut marcher un peu pour atteindre le départ des pistes (et retour) mais c'est tout à fait acceptable.(prevoir de partir 10 minutes avant l heure de début des cours esf). Je conseille cette location , espace à vivre fonctionnel et cosy. (prise et remise des clés très facile ; pas d' état des lieux?!). Bon séjour aux prochains
