Triplex mezzanine apartment for 6 people, with a usable area of 45m², located in the Mirantins 2 residence, on the 3rd floor, in the village of Charmettoger, near the Transarc.

On the ground floor, there is a 140cm double sofa bed. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 140cm double bed and two single beds, and a mezzanine with two bunk beds. The sleeping areas are all separated by curtains.

A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet is on the ground floor. A toilet is on the first floor, and a washing machine is on the mezzanine.

Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, a combination oven/microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.

Southwest-facing balcony with magnificent unobstructed views of the valley. The balcony is not overlooked.
