No pets and no indoor smoking... this property has two vacant abandoned property next to it but no worries where you are staying. It is very clean. Nice and comfortable have all of the amenities that is needed. And there are parking in the back of the home. There are no parties are allowed. There will be a. Judith is a great host and communicates with her guests! The house is cute. There not much parking, so note that the garage in the back is available. We did not find many shops nearby, but that was no issue.

Amazing Host

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at Quiet home. We came in to visit family. It was spacious enough for wait we needed with central air in the hot summer. It was clean and comfortable. The location was close to plenty of food options and not far from shoppings centers and the mall. The direct neighbors need to do some yard upkeep, but this place and the one across the street are very nicely kept. The host was amazing! She check in often just to make sure everything was going well! She was very responsive. Thanks!! We will be back again.

Ensley is Ensley but this cute house...

The house was very comfortable quiet and spacious for 2. Very well kept. The street is busy but it wasnt a problem. The property manager made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us everyday and was extremely nice caring and helpful for all my needs

Location is everything

My time at this property was perfectly pleasant. The good parts. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean when I arrived and had some good amenities. The check in process was simple and easy. There are some rough points that I must point out for clarity. You get what you pay for. This house is well priced for some of its less than optimal features. It is in a rougher, older, and somewhat abandoned part of town. The two houses on either side are currently boarded up and abandoned with overgrown yards. For someone staying alone in a new city it was a bit off putting. But the owner did say someone bought several of the land around the house and it should be developed at some point. The house is old and has its little hiccups, and the street outside can be loud with the cars driving down it. The last issue is the parking. You have to park on the road outside of the house which was somewhat concerning because the road is not super wide and I was worried it would get hit at night. But this isn’t the problem of the owner. Overall I enjoyed my stay but wanted to be honest in my review
