The hotel itself was nice; however, we stayed from Friday through Monday, and our room was never cleaned during our stay. When I asked about it, I was told that housekeeping must be requested at check-in — something we were never informed about. In all our hotel experiences, daily room cleaning has always been standard, so this policy should definitely be made clearer to guests. We also made dinner reservations at Tony’s Steakhouse, which is connected to the hotel and advertised as the best steakhouse in town. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We ordered two steaks at $84 each, requested medium-rare, but one came out overcooked and the other undercooked. Even after sending them back multiple times, they still weren’t prepared correctly. For the high prices, we expected a much better dining experience. Overall, it was very unpleasant and did not meet our expectations

Property was great, room and halllway lighting were easy to tell that the hotel was rushed to open. Lots of items in our room and hallway were not completed or done correctly. Overall hotel is very nice. Rooms are spacious and grounds are impeccable. Highly recommend.

Best place we've been in a long time. Great environment, great room, lots of space. Great accomodations. Loved the snacks and drinks and the breakfast. It was great. The restaurant was very pricy but that was the only downside.

Newer and spacious hotel

The hotel seems pretty new. The area has new buildings being built so must be an up and coming section of Bowling Green. It has a good size pool and free evening drinks/snacks. The free breakfast was actually pretty good. The omelette station was tasty! Huge hotel with huge lobby and modern design. The rooms were spacious too with separate living room/kitchen area from the bedroom. Great choice!

This is a superficially great hotel - new, aesthetically pleasing, good included breakfast and evening snacks. The location is wonderful and the pool and gym were nice. However upon closer look, the room was dirty (corners in bathroom were disgusting and there was hair in the drawers), and our room was only cleaned once. The second day, the maid only replaced towels and emptied garbage. Beds left unmade, counters/bathrooms not cleaned, floors not vacuumed.

The front desk staff was nice and helpful. We spent the evening in the back yard around the fire and that was a nice touch to our stay. The attached restaurant was very tasty, a bit pricey but the food was high quality. The breakfast was good. Will stay here again.

We came in town for the March Madness Basketball tournament, the hotel was nice, clean, and beds were comfortable we had quite a few with us this weekend and its was enough space for everyone. Other than some rude encounters with other guests we enjoyed our stay and will be back.
